Made from 3/8" HDPE.
Actual size of guitar, Just seal the edges by running a bead of silicone along all the edges. Smooth out silicone and let dry. Pour epoxy.
Demold is easy. Just remove the top ring with an allen key M4, peel away the side walls from the epoxy and get a wedge in between the base and epoxy and hear the epoxy pop off.
No mold release needed, however it might make demold easier.
Before assembling your mold again use the top ring as a template to mark your wood and cut to get ready for your next project. Assemble mold, reapply silicone, let dry and ready for your next pour.

Care Instructions
Use Rubbing alcohol to clean your mold.
Do not over tighten the bolts when assembling the mold.
Clear front plate we recommend that you use wax paste for easy release.
No mold release needed on the white HDPE.
Use 100% silicone to seal your mold. smooth silicone and let dry before pouring epoxy.
